Running Camp Beef Stroganoff

½ C Chopped Yellow Onion
1 clove of Garlic minced
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 T Flour
1 t Salt
¼ t pepper
1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms sliced or 1 can of drained sliced mushrooms
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C Sour Cream

Saute Onion and Garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in Hamburger and brown. Stir in Flour, Salt, Pepper and Mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.

Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Stir in Sour Cream . Heat through.

Serve with Fluffy Rice, Noodles or over Baked Potatoes.
