3 C Flour
1 ½ C Salt
3 t Cream of Tartar
6 T Salad Oil
3 C of Water with Food Coloring added.
Mix ingredients and heat over medium heat, until dough clings around the pan. A non-stick pan works the best) When cooked store in zip-lock bag or airtight container.
