Gaye’s Carmel Corn

10 C Popped Corn
2 Sticks Margarine
2 C Brown Sugar
½ C Light Karo Syrup

Melt Ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon Baking Soda. This will cause mixture to foam. Pour over popped corn and mix well. Mix with a wooden spoon only.

Use a Turkey roaster or large cookie sheets to bake 1 hour at 250 degrees.

Stir every 15 minutes. Enjoy!
