1 t unflavored gelatin
4 t Water
1 C Heavy Cream
¼ C Powdered Sugar
½ t Vanilla
Combine gelatin and water in a saucepan. Let stand until thick. Stir over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove cool; Whip Cream add Sugar, Vanilla beat until slightly thick. Beat and add gelatin slowly. Beat at High Speed until stiff. Makes 2 Cups.
