Mom Cummings Pizza Dough or French Bread

3 T Yeast dissolved in
1 ½ C Warm Water
12 C Flour
3 C very Warm Water
3 T Sugar
4 ½ t Salt
3 T Oil

Put very Warm Water in a large bowl. Add sugar, salt and Oil. Add Yeast mixture. Stir well. Add all the flour at once. Stir until mixture is absorbed. It will be dry and stringy. At 10 min. intervals Cut through the dough with a wooden spoon, several times. Do this 5 times. The next time or 6th interval divide into 6 sections.
For pizza dough roll out on a floured board and place on greased pizza pan. For stuffed crust extend dough beyond pan, place cheese on edge and fold dough over to seal. Top with sauce and toppings.

For French Bread, roll dough section into a triangle. Roll it big end to little end, tightly. Place on a greased cookie sheet, Paint the top with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Slash the top of dough 6 times with a sharp knife. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise about 1 hour, till light and airy. Bake at 400 minutes or until light brown freezes well. Yummmy!!!! degrees for 15-20
