Blueberry Citrus Conserve

Makes 4 8 oz jars.
This is like blueberry orange marmalade. It is delicious on just about anything.

4 C granulated sugar
2 C water
1 small lemon unpeeled, seeded and finely sliced
1/2 orange unpeeled, seeded and finely sliced
1/2 cup raisins
4 cups blueberries

Prepare canning jars and lids.

Combine sugar and water in a deep stainless steel bowl. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Add citrus and raisins. Reduce heat and boil for five min.
Add blueberries, and return to a boil. Boil hard for 5-10 min or until it reached gel stage.

Ladle hot conserve into jars, process 15 min in water bath
