Blueberry Lime Jam

Makes about six 8oz jars

This Jam is loaded with antioxidants. It is deep and rich in color. One of the favorites in our house.

4.5 C bluberries (crushed)
1 large lime
1 package powdered pectin
5 C granulated suger

Zest and Juice lime into large sauce pan. Add blueberries and pectin. Heat to a firm boil that cannot be stirred down. Add Sugar all at once. return to a boil and boil hard 1 min.
Ladle hot jam into prepared jars, and process in boiling water bath 10 min.
